Comp: $19 - 23 per hour
Job Summary:
Plan and schedule daily and long-term work for site-based facility maintenance team using CMMS and associated software programs. Perform administrative duties as assigned by site manager.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
EDUCATION:
(HS Diploma, Under/Graduate Degree, etc.) Associate degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or 5 to 10 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
COMPUTER TRAINING:
To perform this job successfully an individual should have knowledge of General Computer usage, CMMS Data Software; MS Office Software with a strong emphasis on Excel, Word, Outlook, and Power Point.
